We are now looking for a Portfolio Manager with global responsibility for the Business Change Project Portfolio.
Key performance areas
As Project Portfolio Manager, you take our project office and project portfolio to the next level, implementing the full speed concept, and align our portfolio with our other Operational Development initiatives such as LIFE2. As the owner of our project portfolio, you are responsible for making sure that, in a clear way, it supports our overall strategies and closes the strategic gaps identified, in order to reach our strategic goals. To achieve this you provide a clear vision and a roadmap based on the above, continually working with process improvers/owners to make it happen, as well as continually coaching and developing your staff.
Your profile
To fulfill this mission, you have a relevant degree and experience from project and portfolio management, while leadership experience is an advantage. You have good English skills, in both writing and speaking.
We place great value on your personal qualities in this recruitment, and we know that together we can make it easier. Always with our customers in mind, and as a member of our team, you are driven, structured and focused on delivering results. Your personal commitment and your attitude that everything is possible and that there is always a better way of working will make you an important part of our team. There is always a balance between individual goals and team targets, and you know that only through your co-workers and team members will you be successful and reach your own goals. You are a good networker and easily build and keep sincere and complete personal relationships.
We actively work to create a workplace that is characterized by diversity and inclusion.
