We currently have the following job opening;
Business Application Manager for Issue Management Tool
As a Business Application Manager for Issue Management Tool you will be involved in all projects where CEVT is involved. You will collect the needs from the business when it comes to issue management tools and convert these needs to solutions. You will support management and the projects with status reports for the issues reported in the tool.
The role is a truly global role and you will interact with all sites involved in the project development. You will develop training material and train the user 's locally in Sweden on the processes, methods and tools. You will also train the trainers for other sites.
The role is the primary interface towards IT when it comes to improvements needed in the IT tool chain.
You will work in the Electrical Integration Module Team in the Electrical department.
The Electrical Integration Module Team is a cross functional team working with many aspects of the electronics development, ranging from hardware expertise to software configuration to but also contains planning and coordination functions.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Collect needs from the business when it comes to issue management systems
• Identify and prioritize need for improvements in the processes, methods and tools for issue management
• Drive improvements in processes, methods and tools for issue management
• Secure progress in the issues by driving the issue owners
• Develop predictions on how overall issue status will evolve
• Report issue status to management and the projects
• Manage user accesses in the system
Profile and Background
• Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, MBA or equivalent
• Experience of automotive development, especially software development
• Experience from issue management systems
• Able to work in a structured way
• Quick and efficient in problem resolving
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English. Spoken and written
• Need to be willing to share your knowledge with other members of the team
• Cultural sensitivity, especially Asian - European culture
• Able to handle a quick pace of changes
• Able to travel from time to time
