Description
The banking sector is undergoing fundamental change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework that is continuously transforming our business. As the financial landscape is changing, the client is shifting from business-driven IT, to an IT-driven business. The IT-development is run in shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs.
The client is looking for a Business Analyst to be primary responsible for helping them building more awareness, education and control within their delivery workforce. In this role you will be supporting the Group Data Privacy Transformation Managers to execute and roll-out activities with the client to help strengthen GDPR compliance.
Due to the situation most work will be carried out remotely.
The consultant will join the Technology workstream to support in:
• The creation of Personal Data minimization guidelines.
• Privacy algorithms and techniques helping to the creation of specific datasets and query models
• Creation of a github pages consolidating the technical instructions and providing the above
• Refining the control framework
• Collaborate in the creation of a role centric training campaign.
• Contribute to advocate privacy in the IT development best practices through by creating and rolling out a Privacy promotion campaign within Technology, in collaboration with the DPbDD Project lead.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• You should be university educated with a background in software engineering and/or IT architecture with at least 7 years work experience covering the full software delivery life cycle.
• Agile specialist and a data protection enthusiast.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Team player, adapt to the processes of the initiative and start taking ownership quickly.
• Good understanding of the business analysis practices.
• You do not mind having operational tasks such as writing technical instructions or educational material and you appreciate the importance that every employee understands how to protect personal data.
