Klarna is rapidly growing in size and complexity as we introduce new markets, payment options and products, thereby increasing the demand for effective management control.

The Financial Planning and Analysis team (FP&A) is responsible for providing decision support to management by analyzing company performance and developing models for financial and operational planning and forecasting. The team consists of analysts and controllers with different areas of expertise. However, they of course have one thing in common - they are all smart, driven and brilliant people.

As a Business Analyst, you are well versed in financial modelling or other quantitative analytics, and used to working with large data sets. You combine an attention to detail with ability to zoom out and see the complete picture. You strive to improve the business and yourself.

Required Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, industrial engineering or in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, statistics or computer science
• Great analytical skills
• Great skills in Excel and platforms such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, Matlab or similar
• Oral and written presentation skills, with emphasis on English

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in working in a data driven business, e.g. payments, mobile, e-commerce, insurance, credit or fraud prevention
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling or statistical analysis
