What you will be doing:
• Enable data driven insights and decision making
• Maintain, improve and analyze metrics and KPIs
• Being a business partner to other departments within Teamtailor
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Working within the Finance team to consolidate data and find ways of getting meaningful insights from big data sets

Who you are:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and MS Power Query
• Confident in initiating and driving projects
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Financial experience, e.g. PnL
• You are fluent in English
