About the role

Are you someone with passion for data, analytics and insights and do you want to be a part of a dynamic team in a fast growing company? In Storytel it is a very important strategic area to understand customer behaviour and content, in order to create the best possible customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to help achieve our ambitious goals within this area. In the analytics team we work with SAS, but it's not a requirement to have SAS experience.

What will you do?

• Be responsible for all customer/UX knowledge needed

• Have contacts across different internal stakeholders

• Translate stakeholders questions into questions that can be answered by BI

• Connect findings and recommendations to business initiatives

• Support all business areas with relevant insights

Your profile

We are looking for someone that has:

• A business degree

• A flair for numbers and communicating data into knowledge

• Data analytic skills

• Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of project managers

• Ability to present business insights

• Knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint

Its beneficial if you, as many of our co workers, have an appreciation of books or audiobooks.
