About the client:
On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst. This is a full time job placed in Karlskrona. Your tasks:
As Business Analyst you have an important key role when working with both business and IT as a concept creator and problem solver. You will participate in the whole life cycle of Business Support Solutions (BSS) delivery; from business problem identification to research and from design to delivery.
Your goal will be to make sure that solution requirements balance expectations from both the business and IT perspectives. You will work as a project team member alongside other experts and specialists. With the customer solution in mind, your job is all about listening, eliciting, researching, creating and communicating. You need to be familiar with business problem identification, research, design and delivery.
Your profile:
– Strategic and system thinking
– Ability to adapt to different kind of project models and learn a new domain
– A good understanding of the business requirements, both functional and non-functional, and an organized, analytical approach to problem-solving
– A broad technical knowledge, as well as deep understanding of business processes, data models and enterprise architecture
– A desire and ability to make sense of complex issues and to clearly communicate ideas to customers, executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources
– Experience in supporting multiple projects going through the software development process and systems development lifecycles
– Fluent English, other languages are an advantage
– Telco/CSP business domain knowledge is seen as a big advantage
