Do you want to be a Brand Manager for one of the worlds biggest health care companies? Then you should apply for this position today! We at QRIOS are looking for a Brand Manger for a consultant assignment at our client. The assignment starts in the end of August and is initially for 5 months with good chances of prolongnation.

About the position
Our client is dedicated in providing No.1 consumer brands based on consumer and shopper insights. They have a truly strong brand portfolio across multiple categories with iconic brands.
They're part of one of the world's biggest health care companies, caring for the world, one person at a time. They embrace research and science and bring innovative ideas, products and services to advance the health and well-being of over a billion people every day.
Their business is focused on over the counter medicines (OTC) and consumer products within oral care, feminine care, skin health and baby care. Their products have wide distribution and a strong base in pharmacies as well as in the grocery market.
We are looking for a person to support their Self Care team as a Commercial Activation Manager.
You will work with brands within allergy, digestive health and cough & cold, ensuring that the product portfolio offerings are relevant, attractive and shoppable for consumers on the Norwegian market. You will report to Nordic head of Self Care.

Responsibilities
The Commercial Activation manager is responsible for driving brand performance and ensures that the product portfolio offerings are relevant, attractive and shoppable for consumers in the local market.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Develop/adapt great brand and shopper activation for priority brands that meets identified need states of target shopper and drives business for our client and their customers.
• Deliver in line with agreed timelines in sales cycle planning process.
• Ensure adequate approvals and compliance requirements are met
• Ensure excellent execution by defining and aligning sales execution targets.
• Develop sell-in tools and presentations.

Requirements:
• Preferably 2-3 years within sales&marketing roles
• Understanding of brand management
• Understanding of marketing and trade marketing management
• Fluent in Swedish and English languages (write, read, and speak)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive mindset and attitude
• Good communication skills
• Sense of urgency: ability to proactively sense and act on problems and opportunities and a willingness to act quickly.
• Active and engaged

Meritorious
• E-commerce/Digital marketing experience is a plus
