We are seeking an ambitious and service-oriented individual to handle bookings and operations for our clients travelling to Sweden and other Nordic countries.
This is a full-time position at our sales office in Södermalm's east side, in a bright and spacious work environment with a group of friendly, energetic travel professionals.
Main responsibilities:
• Assisting with the arrangements of highly customised tour packages
• Processing detailed, high-quality travel documents for clients
• Communicating with numerous suppliers about bookings
• Responding to inquiries via phone and email
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work both independently and in groups
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Passionate about providing top-notch customer service
• A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
• Experience working in tourism or other service-related job is a major advantage
