In the role as Boarding Agent, you will help our customers join Bambora with excellent service without putting our compliance aside. We put great pride into giving our customers the best possible start, it should be quick and easy to get started, without any unnecessary trouble.
You stand out from other candidates with your solution-oriented mindset and passion for collaborating with colleagues across departments and national boundaries. It is important that you are service minded and clear in your communication both internally and externally.
You don't have to love rules and regulations, but a good feel for them and how to apply them will make you succeed here at Bambora. Any experience of working with AML compliance or risk assessment is meriting. Previous experience from the payments or financial industry is also a plus.

Performing risk, credit and compliance assessments of our new customers
Adding customers to our different production systems

Characteristics
We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include:
Incredibly service minded with a great interest and understanding in technology
A team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
Truly flexible: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
Creative and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a seamless blend of professionalism and friendliness
Qualifications
College level education
Communication skills - orally as well as written- in Swedish and English
You work with computers with an ease and fastness
Proven work experience where your superb service skills and attention to details were demonstrated
Merit
Communication skills in Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish is an advantage
Previous experience from the payment world, risk assessment or other high paced operational environment or analytical work
