The position is responsible for the BMW Group brand in Sweden when it comes to events, sponsoring, brand partnerships, cooperation, ambassador programs as well as campaign dealer activation. The Experiential Marketing Specialist will develop overall experiential strategy and activity planning as well as negotiation and managing contracts and agreements. The position also entails activation of sponsorship agreements, ambassadors, partnerships etc.

The position is responsible for the planning and execution of events, both for customers, prospects and internal dealers. It is also responsible on-site at the events and also responsible for the BMW look & feel and brand behavior at the events. It's vital to structure and manage appropriate partners and vendors' set-up supporting in executing events and activities (Event agency, producers, establishing company, advertising agency etc.).

The Experiential Marketing Specialist will secure PR and social media integration and opportunities in connection to the event and sponsoring. It will also secure information transfer of BMW Group events to all dealers. The position will manage the pool car fleet, both for internal use and with external cooperation partners (incl. ordering, spec, agreement handling, damage handling, replacement planning, striping, cleaning, etc.). The position is also content provider to the BMW Group Sweden social media.

In the role it's expected to set and manage the process for follow-up of activities and lead-handling (setting KPI's and follow-up, documenting events, structuring the lessons-learned and integration in future events, sponsorships and partnerships). The Experiential Marketing Specialist is also expected to set structure for collection and aggregation of information about local events. It will be responsible in finding best practices and opportunities for spreading of ideas, concepts and cooperation partners.

Examples of events, partnership and sponsorships:
PGA Nordea Masters, K2 Women's camp, National museum design, Dragon sailing racing championship in Båstad, Good to Great, Bro Hof, Åregården, K2, Norröna etc.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

In order to succeed in the position you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, working with premium brands as well as high level of Project Management skills. You also have great experience of negotiating and experience of handling strong brands. You have a strong drive - a will to accomplish results and are interested in the full picture. You have a University Degree in business and/or marketing. Native tongue in Swedish, good written and spoken English.

It is desired that you have experience in multinational company and experience from the car industry.

As a person you are structured, analytical and accurate, at the same time as you must have good skills in communication. You are self-going and understand the sales-process of the business model. You have great people-skills and are a good brand-ambassador. You enjoy working in an international environment.

The function is located in Sollentuna, Sweden.
