As a Bid Manager, you will have a central role in our Swedish organisation, responsible for providing end-to-end bid management for business development opportunities. You will also co-ordinate responses to client RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and together with our sales directors prepare quotes and offers.
The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated proposal management experience and leadership skills necessary to effectively support a high growth business.
Reporting to Head of Sales
Key job responsibilities:
• Understand and navigate tender procedures.
• Act as the primary interface for RFx response efforts, leading proposal responses on complex, strategic opportunities.
• Execute RFx proposal response plans while collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
• Validate RFx response requirements and ensure proposal compliance.
• Structure and organize the bid team.
• Ensure the right product/system selection, technical requirement as well as all commercial, financial, and legal aspects are considered.

You probably work as a Bid Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role today.
You should have the ability to think strategically as well as the capability to build compelling value propositions in a written context.
You have documented public sector proposal management and proposal writing experience.
You must have the ability to independently drive matters forward in your daily work and have an interest to understand the technical vocabulary used in the industry.
You have an eye for detail and a talent for producing texts, both in Swedish and English.
You have the ability to summarise complex documents.
You have good administrative and organisational skills.
We value experience from Swedish Armed Forces or the defence industry.
