We are now recruiting several Service Operations Officers to a growing team within Capital Markets at Nordea. Your main focus will be to deliver first class trade support and post trade service to all Capital Markets clients. As a Service Operations Officer at Nordea in Stockholm you will support stakeholders and customers in managing the daily services and operational side of the capital markets. You will play a significant role in contributing to the vision of being a Great Capital Market Service provider by initiating changes and making processes more efficient by delivering high quality work at low operational risks.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Service Operations Officer you will:
* communicate professionally and respond efficiently to customer queries by taking ownership and establishing a positive dialogue with customers
* perform daily administrative tasks and services to ensure low operational risks and timely execution for the benefit of customers and partners
* prioritize activities according to given standards to deliver high quality service to customers and partners
In this role you will actively identify discrepancies, errors and problems and report to superiors. Solving complex situations in a stressful environment will be part of your daily work and something you need to enjoy in order to be comfortable and perform at your best.
IN ADDITION...
This is a recruitment where we seek to find employees who can start 1st of October 2018. Working hours are weekdays 08.30 - 17.00. Nordea is located in new modern premises, in the very heart of Stockholm, close to excellent commuting facilites as well as restaurants and shopping areas.
In this role you will be a part of the Norwegian team, and your journey at Nordea will start with a 6 months onboarding in Oslo, Norway.
WHO ARE YOU?
For the position as a Service Operations Officer we are looking for a person who is stress-resistent, has a special interest in the financial or banking business and who is keen to start working at a place where everyday is different! To be suitable for this position we believe that you are able to cope and enjoy changes, from smaller to greater, which will be a part of everyday life at Nordea. Our corporate language is english, which means that you must be able to speak, read and write english fluently. If you have previous banking or financial working experience it is an advantage, but not necessary. The most important thing is your mindset and your genuine interest in the financial market.
It is also of great importance that you have a positive attitude and take responsibility for your own and your colleagues learning in order to ensure your continuous development for yourself and your team.
