Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing!
As an Automation Engineer with Product Owner responsibilities, you'll be at the heart of our digitalization journey within Engine Machining. Your mission? To lead the development and enhancement of SCADA solutions that optimize production flow, increase transparency, and enable data-driven decisions. You'll own the technical delivery and act as the local product owner for SCADA, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and central IT architects to prioritize impactful improvements.
Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Implement and configure our solutions within the SCADA area
Act as the link between SCADA and surrounding techniques such as MES, machines, networks etc.
Manage and maintain the PLC and SCADA solutions at our Production Unit
Coordinate teams and stakeholders to keep activities moving forward
Work very closely with users to understand their needs and vision.

You will also
Be responsible for transforming the needs of the business into clear requirements for an effective improvement
Prioritize and manage backlogs for different teams to deliver value-added functionality for the user.

Who You Are
Success in this role requires a positive mindset, persistence, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to address immediate challenges while considering long-term goals. You need an engineering degree and 3-6 years of automation experience, preferably with PLC/SCADA systems (especially Siemens, Ignition, and SIMATIC WinCC). Experience in project management, product ownership, business development, or agile methods related to digitalization is a plus. Proficiency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
