We are now looking for an Attribute Leader for Security!
Description
The Body and Exterior Team, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization. You will part of a team of Engineers, with your primary responsibility for attribute Security. The attribute leader primarily collaborates internally with Lead Engineers, CAE, technical specialists and externally with suppliers.
The role as Attribute Leader for Security involves;
• Define attribute targets based on Marketing requirements,
• Define Vehicle Requirements based on Program Order,
• Ensure that attribute requirements are broken down to appropriate level in all ingoing systems to achieve vehicle attribute fulfillment,
• Communicate attribute requirements to component and system owners and support development work,
• Keep updated on future legal requirements and consumer ratings,
• Develop Attribute Validation plan based on test and simulation,
• Ensure that attributes requirements are fulfilled, following the VDP time plan
• Track and report attribute performance to Product Profile targets and Vehicle requirements,
• Initiate relevant benchmark activities,
• Initiate and support development of Validation Methods - RLM,
• Plan long and short-term activities,
• Secure cooperation and common use of resources between Engineering in Trollhättan and in Tianjin.
We are looking for someone who has;
• Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent,
• Engineering experience from Safety in automotive 8 years or more,
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swedish, both spoken and written,
• Driver license B.

• Have knowledge and understanding of product development and production,
• Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded,
• Have great communication skills,
• To be able to plan and prioritize,
• Have a "Hands-on" approach with componentry.
