hela Sverige To EQT Tech, we are now looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Assistant who wants to work in an exciting international environment at a high pace. This is a full-time consulting assignment via The Pace, starting immediately. The assignment is initially a fixed-term employment of six months, after which there is a good chance of extension or employment with EQT. Location for the assignment is in EQT's modern and nice designer premises in Urban Escape, central Stockholm.
Role overview
The role as Assistant at EQT is new and you will have the opportunity to build and shape the role to the best possible. You will have an administrative, coordinating and relationship-building role where you will have a supportive responsibility and an overall responsibility for follow-up of projects. You will also participate in the planning of team activities and preparatory work in recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for supporting the management team in the Tech organizationResponsible for the day-to-day activities (calendar and preparations)Coordinate internal and external engagements and meetingsTravel arrangements and logistics Manage expense reports Internal communication from Tech towards rest of EQT
Key differentiators for successWe are looking for you with a coordinating background. You have experience from working in an international environment and with start-ups/tech. It is also beneficial if you have experience from financial services. You are flawless in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are also an experienced user of Google Suite (knowledge of Notion, Salesforce and Slack would be a plus but not required).
As a person you are service minded with a "can do" attitude. You have strong communication skills and high sense of integrity. You have a strong social competence, are outspoken, straightforward and friendly. Furthermore, you are quality-driven and structured with attention to details. You always have a professional attitude, high work ethics and you are able to work under pressure and getting things done independently.

The team comprises user experience researchers, software engineers and data scientists working to further enhance Motherbrain's capabilities and develop further applications for AI across the organization.
