Are you looking for a new challenge within software development and architecture? Maybe this job as System Architect/Developer MS Dynamics CRM in Landskrona is for you!

You will be the system owner of the MS CRM part of our Sales Automation application; Internal sales AND CRM (iSAC). You will be a team member of our existing Business Solution Centre (BSC) and our Sales Automation Team as internal IS consultant and work at our headquarters in Landskrona. Your main responsibilities will include

Close cooperation with the Program Manager and other members of the team and BSC.
Estimation of solutions and technical design.
Working with further development of our CRM system, including upgrade to the latest CRM version.
Cooperation with Other developers within BSC, internal and external.
Represent ASSA ABLOY Entrance systems in the CRM User Group Community.

Personal qualities & Background

You have a positive customer service attitude and a strong business understanding. We appreciate high quality thinking on deliveries and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Furthermore we believe that you are a communicative person with good analysis and decision-making skills.

We also believe that you have:

3-5 years' experience in CRM implementations and development
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft environment
Good knowledge of business processes in relation to Sales and CRM
Good knowledge in writing technical specifications
High level of professional English (verbal and written)
