As our AM Lead (Application Maintenance Lead) you are a key team member to create an operational delivery by proactively maintain a scalable solution. You'll be a part of H&Ms IT Department and work in a fast moving environment, where you will work within the Service area Sales Merchandising. An area that's responsible for delivering IT services and applications that supports our global Merchandising organization in their work with managing Allocation & Replenishment, Price & Promotion and Sales Analysis.
You will be a part of a team that consists of both local and offshore resources. You will take a clear ownership of the system & business processes and drive enhancements. In the role as an AM Lead you will get to know the business and other stakeholders and work closely to other surrounding solutions/systems.
To succeed in this role we believe you worked as AM Lead, System Responsible or Team Lead, and have experience from working with SAP Retail applications.
Furthermore you have good analytical skills, are goal oriented and work independently.

Your responsibilities
The job of an AM Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Act as system responsible for an SAP Application
• Ensure maintenance service delivery according to set SLAs and OLAs
• Be responsible for planning and activities to ensure the deployment of minor releases (scoping, coordinating, testing, deploy, etc.)
• Be responsible for the maintenance plans and documentation
• Work in close collaboration with Business and stakeholders within the functional area, development teams, architects, application experts and offshore teams
• Work proactively by contributing to continuous improvements with a holistic mindset
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Knowledge of working with delivery processes
• Experience working with service suppliers
• Experience from working in a complex system landscape with plenty of cross dependencies
• Ability to understand and analyze business needs and translate this to the IT needs/requirements and drive them towards a successful delivery

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
