Industry leading Ragn-Sells is expanding their IT department and we are searching for an Application Architect to strengthen the design- and product expertise related to the MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagement products.
Your role will be to structure and ensure quality of our customization and operation of our future MS ERM solution in order to generate business value.
Main tasks and responsibilities;
Monitor external developments within MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagement SaaS servicesProvide senior experience regarding design of ERM solutions based on MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagement SaaS services in a hybrid cloud setup, based on previous ERP experienceLead model based (process, information) customization and maintenance of ERM solutions together with the enterprise architecture-, risk- and security teams within RS CIO officeAcquire and improve skills in developing customizations of MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagementDrive development of policies, standards and guidelines regarding customizations of ERM solutions based on MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagement SaaS servicesSupport Ragn-Sells IT management regarding strategy, governance, development and operational management related to MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagementMonitor quality measurement and follow up of ERM software quality and traceability
Background
You have at least 5 years' professional experience of work in ERP implementation and operation and professional experience of customizing Microsoft AX/CRM or similar products.
Further on;
Experience from MS Dynamics 365/MS Customer engagement as SaaS service in Azure Experience from working with processes and information modelling to support business operationsExperience from configuration and development in at least one ERP systemExperience from systems integration (EAI) and business intelligence (DW/BI) is meritorious
As this position will require management of multiple suppliers and indirectly internal resources, some training in first-line leadership or project management is meritorious. As well as an academic degree in computer science or similar.

Expert knowledge about Microsoft AX/CRM productsKnowledge about MS Dynamics 365/Customer engagement SaaS servicesKnowledge about Azure cloud services and software ecosystemsKnowledge about tools and methods to model operational processesKnowledge about information modelling techniques and skills in related tools and methodsKnowledge and skills in customizations of Microsoft AX/CRM productsSkills in at least one high-level programming language used in ERP customization

We are searching for a candidate with very strong communication and documentation skills in Swedish and English. You also have a high level of integrity while still being able to gain and nurture good relations.
