Your role
Your will be a part of Commercial Development and be in charge of a number of ancillary products such as Hotels, Rentalcars, and Travel insurance. On top of this, you willdrivethe development and sales on our sites as well aslaunch new competitive ancillary products - a core part of Etraveli's success.
You will be measured by your products' development and sales, but also by the total Ancillary sales budget. You will have every possibility to influence how your products are presented on our sites. Before we have tested something, we recognizeno limitations.
Together with our suppliers you will develop plans for future activities and have daily contact with product owners and our developers in Gothenburg. A few trips abroad may be in the cards as well.
About you
Our ideal candidate has experience working in a rapidly changing environment, preferably an online travel agencyand is quick to grasp the key economic drivers of new initiatives.
You strike the right balance between being analytical and structural and your relentless drive to get things done. Although experience is important, we value your capacity, attitude and ambition higher than field expertise.
We believe you are a doer with a pragmatic attitude who is interested in improving results and has a desire to succeed.
It is important that you:
• Have experience from sales.
• Are highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Are a team player.
• Understand the importance of time to market.
It would be great if you have:
• An e-commerce background.
• Experience from a travel agency.
• Experience from product- /business development.
• A proven track record.
