We are building the future analytics platform to support our mission to rid the planet of fossil fuels. The Analytics Engineer will be a key player on this journey to make us smarter, more accurate and more data driven.

The role

We are looking for an Analytics Platform Engineer, who will be responsible for driving the development of Svea's Analytics Platform. It will cover everything from requirements, architecture, and development. You will be involved in every aspect of the platform and, going forward, you will also be involved in the process of building the Data and Analytics team within Svea Solar. You will be reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics who is responsible for the Analytics Platform, reporting and additional data initiatives around the organization. You will work closely within your team, building the solution and the processes for ensuring future success and deliveries from the platform.

• Maintain, develop, and enhance the Analytics Platform

• Lead, and take part, in development projects

• Act as a data-advisor to business users

Additionally, to be successful in this role you need to have a good technical foundation, therefore we expect you to have knowledge and experience from:

• T-SQL (SSMS / Azure Synapse)

• Azure Synapse Analytics (or Data Factory)

• Azure DevOps

• Power BI

• Data Vault
