For our European Sales family we are looking for a driven Business Analyst to be responsible for the creation and development of the European Amazon account Dashboard ((partly)financial and non-financial), both Business Area Central and per Cluster in alignment with European strategic partnership directions. You will be part of the newly formed central team with the purpose to leverage the account across Europe. This role will report to the Amazon Business Area Europe Key Account Director and work closely internally with the European Amazon team, Cluster sales team, TMO, Product lines, Marketing, Controlling, Logistics and Customer Care/Service.
This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we're quite happy with the look and feel of the office!
Your everyday challenge
• Analyze and report creation of as follows based on ARA tool, conversion agency and Electrolux Finance:
o Sell-out development of our brands in focus battlegrounds and key product categories
o Amazon range consumer offer in all relevant price points (Stars focus)
o Promotional sell-out campaigns and activities following customer and Electrolux calendar
• Create a dashboard for the Amazon Deal activities to measure the success (Deal of the day, Coupons, Flashdeal, Bestdeal etc.)
• ROI analysis of Marketing activities in Amazon (AMS AMG) in coordination with Marketing/Sales
• Analyze campaigns of launches in combination with WOM (Word of mouth campaigns)
• Analyze Marketing campaigns with Amazon Associates Program (Amazon Partnernet) to check how successful they were
• Ensure best in class product assets deployment measurement (pictures, videos, shop in shop) together with TMO/Marketing/Sales, working/not working.
• Provide the Consumer Reviews building, where missing or negative/positive (e.g. Vine) together with TMO/Marketing/Sales
• Daily follow-up of sell-out to consumers, beta testing, ROI, etc. through Amazon ARA tool, and Agency conversion suite
• Daily follow-up of stock availability (Alert for Overstock) and interface with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure BIC CX
• Assess the competitive E-Commerce landscape per Cluster and BA EU in cooperation with the Key Account Management Director provide the data to manage risk and implications of key decisions: Portfolio, pricing, promotions, etc.

Minimum experience
• Master's degree in economics, business management or marketing (Digital Sales and Marketing preferred)
• Knowledge of Amazon platform and Amazon tooling
• Experience in catman projects and trade marketing, especially E-Trade Marketing
• Experience in managing Market Places and Amazon Platform
• Experience in Sell-out focus customer activity management (Consumer centric)
• Experience in Digital Marketing and e-commerce
• 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Business Analytic's (Google and Amazon analytics ARA)
• Local language + Fluent in English, Additional languages will be welcome
