We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Alliance Manager to help grow and strengthen our team in Gothenburg. About the Role
As our Alliance Manager for Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, The UK and The Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding high-value strategic partner relationships. You'll collaborate closely with partners and local sales to drive sales performance, execute joint go-to market strategies, and ensure successful delivery.
You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinator, and problem solver; working across internal and external stakeholders to create mutual success.
Your Team
You will be part of the Regional Workflow and Architecture team, a group of seven skilled professionals with diverse expertise, including Technical and Clinical Solution Architects, a Test Lead, and a Product Specialist focusing on Mobility. Team members are located across Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands. This group forms a core part of the larger Solution Team North, which comprises a total of 20 people and includes roles such as Segment Managers, Solution Managers, and Product Managers. Collectively, the team supports our offices in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the UK, and the Netherlands
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute regional partner planning, setting shared objectives and milestones.
Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with key personnel in partner organizations.
Understand partner needs, market dynamics, and customer requirements to unlock new opportunities.
Manage channel dynamics and resolve potential conflicts through clear, proactive communication.
Ensure compliance with partner agreements.
Drive solution development with cross-functional teams to meet end-user needs.
Build Regional Partner program
Keep both Partners and internal stakeholders updated and drive launched of new partners
Drive integrations and support local sales with commercial initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales, ideally within technology-driven products or software solutions.
Proven success selling complex, value-based solutions in sectors such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, or industrial environments.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Solid problem-solving capabilities and the confidence to handle complex challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Expertise in MDI / MDR regulations
