• Assist with gathering input from business stakeholders
• Validate QA builds and features.
• Facilitate development teams and game projects
• Writing and updating game documentation
• Handle localization documents and orders
• Prepare and schedule games for localization, QA and certification
• Keep long term plans and timelines updated based on progression of dev teams
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
Job requirements
• Project management education or equivalent work experience similar to this role
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills, plus the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and embrace having many projects running at the same time
• Passionate about games, with an understanding of game-play mechanics
• You're a positive team player that gladly speaks your mind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in agile methodologies

Job Summary
As an Agile Operations Manager at Relax you will be working on market leading game projects as part of the existing game team in Malmö. You will be the spider in the net and the canary in the coal mine. That means communicating with internal and external partners to enable development teams to meet expectations.
You'll keep an eye on project progression and how that corresponds with game studio goals, as well as safeguarding live dates and timelines.
When stakeholders need to be up to date about project status you'll be the voice of the team, creator of documentation and provider of information.
You'll gladly play an active role in the agile process by attending daily standups and sprint planning meetings.

Location
The Malmö game studio is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of the city. It's a five minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
