Our Exciting Opportunity
An Agile Coach is one of the key pillars for the successful transformation of the organization into Lean Agile culture and ways of working. The Agile Coach will be supporting our IT organization in its implementation of a product oriented operating model which will include but not limited to: establishing OKRs for the new organization (Product Areas and Chapters), supporting Leadership capability development, building roadmaps for teams' transformation, developing team collaboration and empowerment, enabling teams for value generation for Business Stakeholders with growth mindset. To coach and mentor diverse and multi-functional teams in establishing and evolving agile ways of working.

You will
Lead transformation; Advise on organizational design, creating adoption roadmaps, e.g adapting product oriented operating model, adoption of DevSecOps
Work as leadership coach/sparring partners for leaders on creating conditions of success for high-performing teams.
Assess the maturity of teams and organizations and coach to higher levels of maturity
Develop high potential employees with limited relevant experience into Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners / Managers
Facilitate/coach big-picture exercises like Objectives and Key Results, Value Stream Mapping etc.
Facilitate/coach Scrum and Scaled Agile ceremonies (e.g., Big Room Planning); intake and prioritization at the team, program, and portfolio levels; cross-team dependency management; user story slicing, story writing, and backlog maintenance
Co-create a broad Delivery Practices toolbox that is framework-agnostic
Build a safe environment with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and problem solving.
Participate in Communities of Practice; using creativity and a sense of humor to make building great products' fun!
Report into Chapter Lead Software Engineer.

To be successful in the role you must have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to communication anywhere from the team level to C-level executives.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency
The eager to be a hands-on practitioner, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to sustainability.
Extensive coaching skills: ability to meet practitioners at their level of Agile experience and motivate them to join the Agile journey
Experience as a Scrum Master for a team that was diligently applying Scrum. Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe, LESS) in a hands-on leadership role (e.g., Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager) would be a plus.
Experience with non-Scrum flavors of Agile (Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD Tools, Agile Workflow Tools, Testing practices like TDD, ATDD and BDD and Familiarity with Testing tools/frameworks.

Preferred characteristics:
Continuous and recent education in Scrum and Agile, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc.
Sense of humor is a huge plus!
