Saab; Tower System is currently looking for an Aftermarket Contract Manager, reporting to the Head of ATM TS Support. The position involves creating proposals regarding upgrades and additions to the current system installations for the existing customer base, as well as extensions to long term technical support agreements. It offers a chance to explore a variety of the Air Traffic Management Remote Tower product solutions and the different customer installations.
We believe you possess a degree of technical proficiency and a solid understanding of the proposal process, as well as business awareness of financial and contractual issues. Part of the role includes monitoring existing agreements to ensure that our customers receive renewal proposal well in advance before contract end.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Independent management of several proposals

Creating cost estimates for requests and proposals

Monitoring existing contracts and agreements
*
Establishing proposal schedules
*
Awareness of changes and additions to regulatory requirements
*
Investigating functionality changes and additions to identify business opportunities
*
Coordination with marketing and sales staff when needed
Your profile
*
Interest/knowledge in aviation and systems related to air traffic management
*
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
*
Experience from working in an international environment
*
Prior experience with financial and contracts processes is a plus
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
