Who are we?
The Advanced Analytics team in Service Market Logistics is a diverse team of innovative colleagues from many different nationalities across the globe, mainly gathered close to the sea in Gothenburg. Collaboration and transparent communication are key for us. With daily stand ups and weekly sharing slots in the team we cherish a supportive environment where we all learn and grow together.

Advanced Analytics Transformation Leader
Our job is to keep society running. Making sure that food gets to the grocery store, hospitals have electricity, and that people can commute to work. We do that by making sure that Volvo Group trucks, engines, buses, and construction equipment keep running uninterrupted all over the world. Together with other talented people from a diversity of backgrounds and with a wide variety of skills we make sure that spare parts are available when they are needed in a sustainable distribution network with thousands of dealerships.
The supply chain business is changing, and we are looking for a new Advanced Analytics Transformation Leader who will be an important part of digitalization, where automated supply chain business processes are transforming business and IT, into common value streams.
You probably have a background as a manager, but also in analytics and in leading transformations. As our transformation leader, you network widely in the Volvo Group, but also with academia and peers in other industries. You excel in story telling and connecting and inspiring trust on all levels. You lead and coach from empathize and ideate to changed culture, improved ways of working and competences. You ensure with the strategy community that advanced analytics and AI is integrated/embedded in all strategic priorities.
