Volvo Cars Purchasing is ultimately responsible for the selection of all Volvo Cars' suppliers
and has the responsibility for the procurement of all production and non-production material and services to Volvo Cars.

Main Tasks
Personnel Administration and Time Planning for 2 Vice Presidents (VP).
Manage the coordination, preparation, documentation, and follow-up of Direct Material management team meetings.
Main Responsibility
Travel administration and expense reports.
Purchasing in SRM.
Ensure that the specifically assigned activities and tasks delegated by the VP are delivered by other Purchasing functions.
Ensure the VP's preparation (material, information, presentations etc) to represent Direct Material on different occasions.
Coordinate with the Purchasing departments to fulfil and deliver tasks and projects assigned by other parties, such as reporting, information supply etc.
Be informed on key activities within the organization and understand priorities and focus points.
Updating data in BMS, organization schedules, GIS etc.
Be the Security Coordinator.
Time reporting.
Arrange Town Halls and seminars.
