We are seeking an Account Director that can make a difference!Would you like to join us?
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to serve as the primary contact for some of our key clients. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure business success and drive future growth.
As an Account Director, you will oversee client profitability, manage budgets, and ensure high-performance delivery across all services. By providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation, you will play a pivotal role in the overall performance of our team and contribute to creating market-leading customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management: Own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
Ensure accurate and timely budget reporting to management.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.

Client Delivery Oversight: Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.

Business Coordination: Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver seamless execution tailored to client needs.

Account Performance Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance.
Ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations.


Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of account management experience.
2+ years of project management experience.
Previous management experience is highly valued.

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
Business development mindset, with an creative mindset to find win-win solutions
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
