Your challenge - and what you can expect
Do you have what it takes to work in an agile global support organization? You will find yourself at the very forefront in supporting their service organization and their customers globally. Take on a broad role with PG (Pattern Generators) Spare Parts Administration as well as operational responsibilities. It will be your mission to provide detailed spare part information on established PG products as well as enabling the development of spare parts for new PG products. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting and managing PG spare parts worldwide and have close contacts with colleagues from other departments, subsidiaries and cultures.


Worktasks
Your main duties will be:

• Administration of spare part related data in to their business system M3. Also being the departments "super user" in M3.
• Be responsible of updating, manage and maintaining the current released PG spare parts assortments, both from "financial" as well as technical aspects.
• Participating in EOL (end of life) forums and support their purchasing department. Support R&D in the development of spare parts for new PG platforms.
• Prepare and update spare parts for old systems (red phase) by engineering change orders, preparation and administration as well as preparation for purchase.
• Support system deliveries so the level of spare parts and assortment is adequate at the time of system installation.
• Gather data of spare part consumption and inventory levels to support financial reporting.
• Participate in updating and developing new processes in GMS and procedure's for spare part handling.
• Stand by or on call duty may be requested and business trips abroad for up to 20 days per year may occur.

Your profile

On top of this, you need:

• A degree in logistics or business economics or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience of working with logistics and relevant business systems.
• Experience of working with configuration management.
• Being open, social and cooperative. Building networks at HQ as well as at our subsidiaries.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.
