Marketing communications embodies the whole process: From client relations, PR and marketing strategies, to the creative side of promotional literature, advertising and artwork.
Working in this field, your role will involve a range of duties including:
• Creating marketing plans
• Organising trade shows
• Customer events
• Managing the marketing budget
• Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
• Producing press releases
• Manage the WirelessCar website
• Writing white papers and other material
Key responsibilities
• Supervise strategy of integrated marketing communication (MarCom) and programs for market segment.
• Develop and present value story related to marketing communications.
• Review communications for all external release along with internal stakeholders to assure no IP violations.
• Develop, strengthen, protect and leverage company?s brand, copyrights and trademarks throughout company?s operating geographical regions.
• Ensure divisional and market segment branding strategy is steady with corporation?s branding strategy.
• Perform with competitive intelligence of organization to identify and supervise competitors? strategies of marketing communications and define company?s response.
• Develop and manage organization?s communications to attain or exceed plan.
Wanted profile
A Marketing / Marketing Communication Manager needs to be social, flexible and like working in teams cross organization. You are a strong communicator and you like to present your ideas. You are a doer with strong self-motivation and very good knowledge and marketing experience.
The Marketing / Marketing Communication Manager likes taking responsibility and act with integrity with a result oriented mindset.
Required competencies
• A university degree
• Good communicator, presentation skills and ability to convince others of good ideas
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers, partners and internally
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
• German, Chinese and Japanese are advantages
• Strong consumer and product awareness
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong IT skills
• Good knowledge of marketing techniques
• Self motivation
• The ability to be a team player
• Good creative skills
• Domain competence is an advantage
