Role Summary/Purpose:
The Reliability Growth Leader will support the Offshore Model Manager and System Integration Leaders by being responsible for reliability improvement of the offshore Wind Turbine Platform.
Essential Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be the daily owner of all reliability and availability related activities connected to the installed turbine fleet, as well as providing reliability allocations and targets for new developments- New Product Indtroduction (NPI).He/she will manage the reliability growth program for the offshore turbine Platform, including program planning, follow up and report outs to the platform management team and Senior Leadership.The Reliability Growth leader will formulate systemic improvements from evaluated historical trends of reliability and availability performance and provides lessons learned. He/she will work closely together with the Model Manager, Sub-System Leaders, service teams, Product Service Engineering and the customer to coordinate and plan for all installed fleet modifications and improvements resulting from the reliability growth program. The Reliability Growth Leader will also manage and report Root Cause Analysis (RCA:s) and product safety issues (Safer Cases).
