Om vår kund
Our client is a brand new Stockholm based well founded IT-startup that was launched on the market in 2012. They work out of Hornstull, Södermalm, in a big open spaced office. There are currently 6 members in their team, 1 designer and 5 developers. Their product is an iPad application that targets the Housing Inspection Industry through aiding housing inspectors in their documentation. This is done through sending data to a CRM system via the CouchDB replicator built into TouchDB.
ArbetsuppgifterYou will be part of the development team working with the iPad application. Since the CRM system is an ongoing parallel project, the functionality of the iPad application will grow over time to keep up with the changes to the CRM which will mean that it will have to grow to support new file formats, images, database changes etc.
ProfilOur client is simply looking for the best iOS developer out there. This developer must know Objective-C, Grand Central Dispatch, CouchDB, TouchDB, Parse.com, and preferably, much more. Our client only works with the newest technologies such as Node.js, CouchDB, TouchDB, Varnish, Redis etc. and constantly strives to learn more and stay in the forefront of new technology.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional skills when it comes to Objective-C.
• Experience with Grand Central Dispatch (GCD).
• Storyboards and Auto layout.
• SQLite together with GCD.
• Handling big quantities of data and displaying it in table views without freezing the UI.
• Write clean code.
• TDD.
• Being familiar with synchronization and TouchDB (Couchbase mobile).
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
