We are currently looking for a Web Manager for our site for a period from 12 to 18 months. During your work as a Web Manager at LensWay you will be working with:
Project management for site changesMonitoring of site conversion, performance of layout and functionality and take action upon the found resultsA/B testing to fine tune conversion on siteLocalization of our web sites to increase conversion and minimize drop-outs in the sales processPlanning, execution, coordination, release and analysis of marketing projects on site Who are we looking for? Preferably we would like you to have:
Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing conversion on site and are ready to develop within an exciting and growing company.University studies preferably within marketing, usability, e-commerce, project management and a passion to learn something newA believe in learning by doing combined with a strong ability to learn on your own and research when you feel like you’re out of your safe zoneA good understanding of Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Google AnalyticsEnthusiasm for e-commerce and site optimizationExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish. Further languages can be an advantageA positive attitude towards new challenges and finding solutions Understanding on basic website structure and feel comfortable with terms like SEO, SEM, CSS, HTML, iFrames etc
