Publiceringsdatum2021-01-20Om tjänstenyou will be responsible for a digital product and lead a cross-functional, globally distributed, multi-competent product team consisting of Business Experts, Power BI specialists, Data Engineers and Architects that will develop new analytical capabilities using Microsoft Power BI. You will also be responsible for creating great tech solutions for your product and ensure tech is an accelerator.
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered.
• Set ambitious and clear OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our business and customer needs to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration within Business Tech and across brands and relevant business functions.
Vem är du?
• Academic degree in a relevant field, minimum Bachelor 's degree
• Minimum 5 years work experience and previous leadership responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of strategy, steering and/or analytics at company/brand/function/country level.
• Extensive business knowledge from various parts of the company.
• Ability to facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing between different stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve and influence various stakeholders
• Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a "can-do attitude"
• Ability to challenge and act independently, take own initiatives and lead the way - always striving to find the best way forward
