As the Guest Relations Coordinator you are a person who:
As the Guest Relations Coordinator you are a person who actively seeks to build effective relationships and co-operation with our guests and partners and you seek to create Memorable Moments in every interaction with our guests. We believe that you are a person who is motivated by making the guest happy and you are not afraid of finding creative solutions in order to assist the guest with their requests. You are a clear communicator and you have a positive Yes I Can energy and stamina to be motivated by a challenge and remain calm and professional when under pressure. You are able to prioritize between competing demands based on relative urgency and importance.
We believe that you have experience from working at Front Desk in a hotel with a high level of service. Since many of our guest are international it is important that you can speak and write English fluentely.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience through the whole stay and demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Search information to stay informed and updated on what 's happening in Stockholm.
• Keep in touch with restaurants, shops for our guests, spas etc to be able to arrange the best experience for our guests.
• Together with the Guest Relations Manager make certain that the departments in the hotel are up to date with key program features and new developments of our guest loyalty program Club Carlson
• Hold VIP events for our regulars together with Guest Relations Manager
We offer:
A contract during the summer June 15th-Aug 31st. The contract is on 50%.
