In Vårgårda, just an hour away from the Swedish car mecca, Gothenburg, we have our state-of-the-art Research and Electronics Manufacturing facility. Here, together with our engineers, we develop the next generation in modern manufacturing of radar and camera systems
What You 'll Do:
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the daily work regarding material handling, transport bookings and receipts and deliveries.
You 'll be the leader of a great team of approximately 70 warehouse operators. The team is expected to grow significantly during the upcoming years and there will be opportunities to set new structures of the warehouse with the aim of optimizing the work by the most efficient solutions.
One important task is to continue our safety work. Safety is Veoneer's #1 priority and we have a vision of zero work-related accidents.
You will join a modern and high automated warehouse in a high-tech company with an open- and service-minded organization.

• Plan staffing levels and maintain employee work schedules and work load

We believe that you have competence and experience in:
• Experience within the Warehouse management
• You have leadership skills and a long-term strategic mindset
• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations
Education
• University degree within logistics or similar, or relevant work experience
