hela Sverige You will have the overall responsibility for Sectra 's Managed Service Deliveries. The department has the overall responsibility for delivering Sectra's Managed Services including Business Development, Service Deployment, Service Development, Service Operations and Technical Infrastructure. You will work in close cooperation with our regional organizations. Being visionary, strategical and strong in communicating both internally and externally will be skills needed for this position.
Main responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the Managed Services department within Sectra Imaging IT Solutions, fulfilling strategical, operational and financial commitments.
Define and deliver objectives and results for the department.
Manage change and transformation into service delivery, both within Sectra and together with our customers.
Recruitment.
Line Manager for the Department, which includes areas such as overall personnel management, recruitment, P&L Responsibility and assuring capacity planning.
Represent the Managed Services Department in the Management Team within Sectra Imaging IT Solutions AB.
For this position, the following requirements apply:
PhD or Master's Degree with excellent grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Experience from SaaS deliveries, service transformation and leading change.
Experience from a leadership role.
Experience from Business Transformation.
Experience from Sales.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proven communication skills.
Ability to travel.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
Previous experience in a managerial role within Service Deliveries.
Previous experience from working with Cloud Technology.
Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
