MachineGames is looking for an experienced Voice Over Designer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
• Create and generate VO dialogue files and sound design/mix for all dialogues in the game.
• Develop naming conventions in collaboration with animators responsible for performance capture.
• Create workflows for VO editing, processing and implementation in collaboration with other members of the audio team.
• Participate at VO/performance capture shoots if deemed necessary by the Creative Director.
• Edit/create audio assets when required.
• Set up auto generated temp VO (if applicable) and follow up that temp dialogue is replaced with correct dialogue in the game.
• Ensure that the game world follows and is in line with the vision established by the Creative Director e.g. Correct use of VO, etc.
• Understand the intention of assets implemented, with daily review to ensure they are working appropriately.
• Fix broken implementation or communicate with teams to ensure a fix.
• Manage all audio localization.
• Understand workflows for all areas of audio implementation.
