As a Visual Programmer at Arrowhead you will be a part of the Visual Tech team and work to develop and enhance the visual technologies for the studios upcoming video game title.

Your responsibilities
• Find ways to improve the visuals with optimization taken in to account;
• Analyze and communicate performance implications for technical solutions;
• Support and maintain existing technological systems;
• Ensure technical solutions are kept performant;
• Provide technical expertise to develop cutting-edge technologies;
• Communicate time estimates and feasibility for tasks;
• Implement visual effects.
Our requirements
Are you the next visual programmer for Arrowhead? Do these requirements match your profile?
• Minimum 5 years C++ development and graphics programming experience;
• Experience from CPU/GPU optimization;
• Hands on experience of video game development for both PC and consoles;
• Experience of developing shaders;
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
• Good collaboration and communication skills with a cooperative attitude;
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Being kickass and hardworking at Arrowhead means being able to handle deadlines and taking personal responsibility to finish tasks in a timely manner. Having an agile mindset will also be necessary as priorities will change with iteration on the project.

Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position and relocation aid for the right candidate.
Location: Stockholm
