Job Description
Your main responsibilities include
You ensure that our store reflect brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
You implement guidelines correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
You evaluate and develop visual knowledge among sales advisors.
You constantly share knowledge and develop others to support brand expansion and succession.
You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
You enjoy working with a diverse team.
You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise your work.
You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.
You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you're able to translate this into relevant creative actions.
You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English skills.
