As Web Insight Analyst you will be a key player in product design, optimizing marketing and sales efforts to drive usage.

YOUR TASK IS TO KNOW WHAT, WHERE AND WHY.

Are you an analytical oracle, a marketing whiz and a web strategist? If so, this is an endlessly challenging but rewarding task. In short, your responsibility will be to drive and develop customer insight and behaviour in order to improve product design, optimize local marketing and sales efforts, optimize content display and, of course, drive usage. You'll be in charge of our web analysis/clickstream tool, supporting the organisation with regular reports. To provide a foundation for relevant business needs, you will build a toolbox for data consolidation and validation. In addition to this, you will develop KPI dashboards serving business- and decision stakeholders. Outlining core online KPI's on website performance, you will create benchmark models and play a major role in educating the web development teams on user behaviour. Understanding and measuring customer behaviour in terms of tunnel analysis, exit pages, top landing pages and click maps/heat maps will be an obvious part of your domain. As will driving multi-variant and A/B testing with product teams and local site managers - from hypothesis to post-test analysis and recommendation.

YOU UNDERSTAND MARKETING. AND LIKE RESULTS.

In an organisation that wants to be ahead of the competition, you'll be working with marketing/sales teams to understand customer behaviour and channel effectiveness, the constant goal being to increase market share and sales. A communicative personality with verbal and written skills will be helpful in staging effective presentations for project teams and business leaders. A working background in statistics/marketing and/or similar academic credentials is desirable. Evidently, you need experience from tools like Web Trends, Google Analytics and Omniture.
