BOUNCE kommer äntligen till Sverige. Studsmatte & aktivitetskonceptet BOUNCE, skapades i Australien och finns redan etablerat i flera andra länder. I Sverige och Skandinavien drivs BOUNCE av en mycket duktig och välrenommerad CEO /VD, samt av en mycket namnkunnig styrelse med grundare från ApoEx, Happy Socks, Mojang / Minecraft mfl. Långa kontrakt om Venues / Locations har redan ingåtts. Öppning av det första Venue:t i Stockholm är planerat till augusti 2016.
Bounce har för avsikt att inom några år växa till 12 venues I Sverige / Skandinavien och ca 1000 anställda.

På uppdrag av Bounce söker nu APTA inledningsvis sex viktiga roller:
1) Venue Manager
2) Sales Manger
3) Financial Manger
4) Digital Media Manager
5) Assistant Venue Manager
6) Contact Center Manager
Som Venue Manager rapporterar du direkt till VD/CEO och du kommer ha Assistant Venue Manager / Team Leaders som rapporterar till dig. Om du är intresserad skulle det vara mycket roligt att berätta mer om rollen och företaget.

Skills, Experience and Character
The successful candidate should have 3 ? 5 years leadership experience with medium sized organisations. Interpersonal skills are key as the Venue Manager will have a strong impact on culture. A passion for people and the ability to build thriving relationships. A strong understanding and focus on sales and profits
Experience with youth, sports or other relevant lifestyle brands is preferred.
Most importantly, the Venue Manager needs to live and breathe the brand culture and values. They need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by managing and developing teams.
Position Purpose
• Inspire and manage the venue to ensure every BOUNCE customer has an exceptional experience.
• Ensure the designed products are consistently delivered by the team to uphold Bounce?s stringent safety standards by driving a strong safety culture
• Constantly refresh the presentation and delivery of our products and offer to team members to ensure we are a loved, regular haunt for our diverse customer groups.
• Ensure the team is constantly motivated and developed throughout their BOUNCE journey.
• Manage the operational performance of the BOUNCE venue through full accountability for Sales and Profit management.
