VD sekreterare / Personal Assistant Global Head of Security Products
What are my responsibilities?
You will work closely with the Global Head of SP and the Executive Management Team.
Providing a professional efficient and confidential administrational and support service.
Adding Value to the team members by extending their reach through better efficiency, assistance in delegation of tasks, monitoring and coordinating through improved working practices.
Email monitoring to include managing and sorting out urgent and important tasks and creating priority list.
Responding on behalf of EMT member when required.
Office administration, telephone and extensive diary management will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders and assisting in the coordination of management time, taking messages.
Making appointments and resolving issues that can be delegated without escalation.
Extensive verbal and written communication with colleagues and senior management and also customers often at a very senior level.
Coordination and assisting in preparation and monitoring of current action lists and tasks.
Preparing data as required and following up diary actions.
Travel management
The organizations of conferences, workshops and meetings.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have excellent communications skills with experience of working within a highly demanding environment and multi tasking.
You have experience of working at a senior management level at a similar position.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
You have a positive attitude to problem solving and service and a good ability to manage people. You are used to and enjoy having many internal/external contacts. Further on, you work independently with integrity
