In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Work with over 80 designers creating value for over 4 million private customers and 300 000 corporate customers
• Support, motivate and steer a highly skilled UX team with many ideas and high ambitions
• Take responsibility for the UX work and customer experience for all payments and transactions in Swedbank's digital channels in Sweden
• Lead and coach a team of 5-6 designers with everything from research and customer journey mapping to UX design and interaction design within Retail Payments and Cards
• Coordinate resources and priorities together with other responsible roles within the unit
• Coordinate the overall UX work in the bank together with UX team managers and Head of UX/CX in other units
What is needed in this role:
• Leadership experience (at least 2 years) with the ability to coach and develop direct reports as well as the whole team towards individual goals and team goals
• Experience from UX design work (at least 3 years)
• Understanding the business value of good design with ability to communicate that
• Ability to identify areas for improvements in an organisation as well as ability to drive change
• Experience of design driven methodologies and agile ways of working (SAFe in particular is a plus)
• Fluent in English (and one other local language is required)
