This role is responsible for extensive coordination with solution and other teams to facilitate demand management areas like app deployments, integration setups, test data setups etc.
Also responsible for liaising with solution teams to understand and drive closure of environment issues, ensure proper incident and problem management discipline is followed, and also make sure knowledge base is updated with lessons learnt, FAQs, standard operating procedures etc.
This role will communicate extensively with deployment managers, QA managers of solution teams, and also with operations team for demand management, lcm management, change management, and issue management.

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Good understanding of how test environments are provisioned and work, and should have been involved in managing demands for creating new test environments from scratch.
• Very strong communication skills - verbal and non-verbal,
• A pleasant personality and excellent report building skills with resources from different teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
