The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience with frontend web development
• experience building modern web apps, user interfaces
• Proficient in React, Webpack & Babel, Jest test framework
Working language: English
Meriting competence
• Swedish
• Knowledge of Java 8 and Spring.
• GraphQL, REST and deploying to AWS is considered as a huge plus.
• Experience in both front- & back-end is a bonus.
• Knowledge in asynchronous programming, micro service architecture, cloud services, test
• Automation frameworks.
• Experience from mobile (connected) applications is also a great advantage.
• CI/CD based on Jenkins and Spinnaker
About the position
• Develop software applications - mainly front-end, but some back-end knowledge is as well due to that our client often have some logic in middleware
• Deploy, operate and maintain our applications incl. driving continuous improvement of the same for better quality, functionality and cost effectiveness.
• Actively contribute to the solution design of new services. Finally, but not at least, continuously reflect upon how the team is doing things and where they can improve.
