Are you quick on your feet and enjoy working agilely in an international context? We are now looking for a Service Operation Manager to join TSS headquarters in Solna, Stockholm. Your main responsibilities will be to take the company's service operations to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
As Service Operation Manager at TSS, you will be responsible for our service operations. You monitor and follow up on our service and support cases, while ensuring prioritization even when the pace is high. In this role, you will have multiple areas to cover and different interfaces, internal as well as external. Our support and complaints handling are key factors in our customer interaction.
Your responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and prioritizing incoming support cases
• Drive support team meetings
• Monitor systems in our customers' environment
• Develop new and existing processes to continuously drive improvement
• Ensure adequate knowledge and training for the respective lines of support
• Define and monitor relevant KPI's within your area of responsibility
To succeed as our new Service Operation Manager, you need to be a leadership profile who understands the importance of quality guided documentation, training, and work instructions. While maintaining the oversight, you should also be able to do hands-on work when required. Our service department is very important to our brand, and at TSS you will play a key role. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be part of the Operations team.
Your Profile
In this role, you will thrive as a doer who is motivated by taking initiative. You are not afraid of change and enjoy when things move at a rapid pace. You have experience in customer service, are used to change management, and likely have a foundational interest in technology. The role includes personnel responsibility, so you should feel confident managing different types of people. You make decisions based on data and are experienced in working B2B. One of our main challenges at TSS is to be entrepreneurial while still maintaining a corporate, structured approach. Therefore, we consider it a strength if you have experience from quality-driven successful companies within industries where high demands are placed on sustainable and reliable supply chains, just like us. With English as our corporate language, you should be comfortable communicating in English with colleagues and customers around the world. Experience with Zendesk or similar systems is a plus.
