Trebuchet works with physical and administrative supply chain solutions for leading global and local companies within the fast moving consumer (FMCG) segment. We are a new and fast growing company with currently 20 employees in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Trebuchet takes care of the whole logistics flow including both the physical and the administrative processes for our clients. Our yearly turn over is approx 15 Million Euro after one year of operations.
We search for two skilled colleagues with experience from the field over time with a strong motivation to learn more. One position will work out from our office in Stockholm and one position to be located in our premises in Oslo. We would like you to be determined and top achievers in developing Trebuchet to be the leading logistic company in the Nordics, and enjoy working in a team.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will work in Supply chain management (SCM) with stock optimization and execution of the total procurement and purchase to pay (PTP) process on behalf of our local and international clients. To ensure high quality for our clients on an ongoing basis, consistent with established KPIs and costs optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Procurement, inventory control and supply chain optimization
• Administration, communication and management of 3PL inbound transport vendors
• Handling and cooperation with administrative partner within customs
• Ongoing communication with 3PL warehouse service partners
• Supplier/manufacturer communication and execution (local and international)
• Running dialogue and development with clients in demand planning and operations
• Follow-up of KPIs, in-house at Trebuchet and externally with respect to clients

Vem är du?
You are a person with a keen interest in logistics and a lot of experience (at least 5 years) in procurement, inventory control and product optimization. You can point to good results from line management, and have finely honed business acumen, with keen insight into distributive trade.
• University degree (Bachelor level minimum)
• Good business acumen especially within FMCG segment
• Purposeful and result-oriented and works well with others
• Good language skills
• Keen sense and experience within operative procurement processes (minimum 4 years)
• Considerable experience in the use of electronic support tools for procurement as well as ERP systems
