We are now looking for a Treasury Analyst. You will have a key role in building a function newly established within the Finance team where you will have the opportunity to work within the full spectrum of both Treasury & Accounting.
You will report to the Director of Treasury, Tax, Corporate Finance & Procurement. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Cash management; daily operations of the Group's cash pool, banking access management, banking relationships as well as keeping up to date with current and future development in the field.
• Liquidity management; financial and commercial payments including postings to the general ledger, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and internal netting.
• FX management; trading and settlement, including postings to the general ledger of the Group's FX exposure.
• Monthly closing tasks: reconciliations of cash & bank related accounts and preparing Treasury reports to Management and the Board
• AP/AR/Accounting-related administrative tasks
• Participation in developing the strategic agenda of Group Treasury & Accounting ensuring initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field
• Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned at any time
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in working in a treasury, accounting or corporate finance function or similar
• Strong system skills and a liking for numbers and analysis thereof
• Familiar with cash and liquidity management concepts
• A genuine interest in Accounting, Treasury, and financial markets
• Organized and service-minded with a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail
• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Bachelor/ Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Finance/Economics
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish is a plus.
